Our clients also include numerous accounting firms and financial institutions. 


Our firm regularly engages in substantial and fast-paced discovery, preliminary injunction hearings, and dispositive motion practice in many of these cases. Members of our firm also have a great deal of experience representing clients in connection with SEC enforcement actions and before FINRA, CFTC, and other governmental agency forums.

We also regularly represent hospital systems in disputes with managed care payors, including cases involving the breach of network participation agreements, out-of-network reimbursement disputes, improper underpayments and recoupments, and medical necessity and other payment denials.

We represent and advise a variety of businesses on IP matters, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and other intellectual property issues.
